During the summer of 2009 I began guiding moose tours for New England Outdoor Center of Millinocket, Maine. Weather permitting, I carried people by boat across Millinocket Lake and into a lazy deadwater. Weather not permitting, we traveled by van or truck up the Golden Road to likely moose haunts.
